Shipping policy

  • Shipping within 72 hours after payment for most orders. Limited edition and pre order items are exempt. 
  • Please ensure you provide accurate postage details for your order. Once the package has been shipped, address changes are not possible. 
  • We provide 17 Track tracking at the time of shipment, which is accurate until the item clears Customs in your country. Once your item clears Customs in your country, you can track your package using the tracking number provided via your local postal provider's website. 
  • Please ensure you collect your package promptly if advised by your local postal provider. All our products are shipped Registered Post which will typically require a signature on delivery or collection from a service point. Your local postal provider will contact you using the contact details (cell or email) you provided at the time of your order if collection is required due to the recipient not being available at the time of delivery. If your package is not collected within the timeframe designated by your local postal provider, it will be Returned To Sender and may include charges to re ship to you once Choonwear receives it.
